I hated him during his first run here, but have really grown to love him over the years. Hope he retire a rockette

Ariza is a high level 3&D guy.

One of the best in the NBA tbh.

He def would be missed and that's why I don't think he'll be going anywhere.

He's at a point in his career were if the rockets offer him 3 years 18-21m after his contract is up I think he will take it.

In sure some garbage team might offer him more but he seems to really like it here and I know him and James are really close.

He said I'm gonna take your "life" and kill your "lids" as in "Watch me dunk on you" :)

Ariza has always been a great player on a good team and a useless player on a mediocre team. He really needs a strong team identity and principles in order to contribute. He has 'em right now, and he's wrecking shop in his own little Ariza way.

He is like Battier. No stats all-star. Arguably our second best player.

Please tell me Morey isn't talking about trading him right now. We would be very average without Ariza.

He can play and defend both the wing positions and the PF spot when necessary. He has an accurate 3 point shot when healthy and not worn out by having to do too much on defense. (see last season)

He seems to have great chemistry with Harden, and he is on a very reasonable contract. Really, what's not to like?

Always loved the guy. Dude is right where he is supposed to be with the signings of Gordon and Anderson. Literally nothing is expected of him on O other than spot ups and everything else is a damn bonus. The steals and defense and grit have been unreal. No wonder harden and the boys rolled with him when he went to toss hands with that big gay dude

He doesnt need intangibles dudes averages are decent for an NBA starter, he hits 3s at a high clip and he leads the NBAs in steals. Dude is one of the best role players around the defense are just an addition to what he does

Trevor, play on ! Where the heck would our improved D be without him ? A thief of high degree ala Gary Payton.

Not many current NBA players have his game suave......period. Go Rockets !
