    Doc Rocket: Mr. Morey, did you draft the Power Forwards?
    Les Alexander: You don't have to answer that question
    Daryl Morey: I'll answer the question!
    [to Doc Rocket]
    Daryl Morey: You want answers?
    Doc Rocket: I think I'm entitled to
    Daryl Morey: You want answers?
    Doc Rocket: I want the truth!
    Daryl Morey: You can't handle the truth!
    [pauses]

    Daryl Morey: Son, we live in a world that has LeBron, and LeBron has to be guarded by men who are 6’9. Who's gonna do it? You? You, Doc Rocket? I have a greater responsibility than you could possibly fathom. You weep for Dwight Howard, and you curse the Rockets. You have that luxury. You have the luxury of not knowing what I know. That Howard’s miss, while tragic, probably saved assets. And my draft, while grotesque and incomprehensible to you, saved assets.

    You don't want the truth because deep down in places you don't talk about on clutchfans, you want me in that war room; you need me in that war room. We use words like motor, upside, wingspan. We use these words as the backbone of a life spent building something. You use them as a punchline. I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and posts on the BBS of the very team that I run, and then questions the manner in which I run it. I would rather you just said thank you, and went on your way, Otherwise, I suggest you pick up a ball, and play for us. Either way, I don't give a damn what you think you are entitled to!

    Doc Rocket: Did you draft the Power Forwards????

    Hahahahha - still laughing. I needed that after yesterday. Maybe we will jsut field a lineup of PF's - who knows - maybe the moneyball numbers say field 5 PF's on the floor the whole game and we will win a majority of the time!!
