Hey if you are single and want to save a lot of money, and can find the right spot it is a great deal. I had a friend that paid under $500 a month for all his utilities, trash, property tax and trailer. He lived in a quiet and peaceful one for 7 years while making $100,000 a year. He had saved over $250,000 when he married and moved on. That money has grown over the years through investments and interest. He claims that it will be worth nearly a million dollars in 2030 when he intends to retire at 55.
How did he pay $500 a month for his shelter situation and make $100,000 a year for 7 years yet only save $250k? If I lived according to those conditions, saving anything less than $500k would be bizarre. Granted, maybe he spent 7 years shitposting in the D&D. That would make it all make sense.
Not a problem. Just stick it out in the middle of a field somewhere. As for the scissor burglaries, let's face it, that's a serious issue. I'd get a safe and bolt it down in the area where the trailer's kitchen originally was. You'll have plenty of space there. Then you can store all your valuables in it without worry. You can't always make it to Walmart to cash your disability check right after the come in, and you really can't leave them just lying around. Take it from me, I learned the hard way.
No, that is just what he saved on the house and keeping an old truck. The mortgage, utilities, car note, insurance, etc. He is very well situated (his wife doesn’t know it) but he has multiple properties and investments and will have a retirement portfolio of someone far wealthier than he actually should be based on his standard income. He will be retired very early and his family lives long lives. He will likely easily have 30-40+ years of retirement.
Man, that's a lot of time to shitpost in the Texans forum about how black people are bad at quarterbacking.
Can you explain why you had mushrooms growing on your carpet? Like come on man. I wouldn’t expect those type of sanitary concerns even in a trailer.
I heard about this guy needing a roommate for his trailer/food truck. You should contact @emoreland for more specifics.
Please elaborate on this. What caused you to use your underwear (clean or dirty?) as a coffee filter?
..."and hair gel" My neighbors have an RV, they cruise around from time to time. He has it insured for $600K. It's nicer than most houses. And it has wheels.
My buddy lived in a trailer with 2 illegal dudes for about $100 a month. I think they were evicted for cocaine.
