I live in LA. There is a lot of talk on the radio shows about this... Not sure if has any real basis though.
thanks for posting a source. not exactly sure it says Lakers are shopping Dwight, but please forgive the tone of my post anyway.
You're new so it's best you learn that RealGM and Hoopsworld are considered...less than credible sources in these here parts. Doesn't mean that the info you posted isn't true. It does mean it won't be received well. Try to find a more reliable outlet.
Response Of course not. By the same token, if TD was the only black player in NBA, he would be a lot more popular also. Lin gets both bad and good for being the only Asian-American NBA player. If there are more Asian-American NBA players, I bet Lin's popularity would decrease.
For those of you guys who keep saying that Lin is not "aggressive" enough, I give you Mark Cuban's take, though as Rockets fans, we hate him, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't hear what he has to say. You guys sound like Skip Bayless in this video. Look at 2:46 into this clip, where Bayless talks about "Lebron dissapeared and shrank in the 4th quarter." Also, the "excruciating pressure." There's no pressure other than the coaches not giving the ball to Lin. Anyways, I hope this video shows up on this forum below, I'll give this a try:
Alright here it is guys. Hope it works. So, yea, those guys who keep saying "aggressive," or "passive," come on man. Let's talk team, numbers, sets etc. Lebron was not facing "excruciating pressure." Look at around 2:43 in this video. Cheers. Hope this works. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/hv2jqFd2-qI" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
