Too many cooks ... means somebody's always cooking

I do like this approach, but on the other hand, I wonder if a more 'gladitorial' approach would be more effective. We have so many weapons, and if someone like Ryno isn't feeling it, try someone else.

This team is all about winning. From Harden down, there doesn't seem to be egos that need massaging, and our guys don't pout.

 

i think they need to trade one of these shooters to fill in ariza's role. dont need that much offense, its redundant.

ariza can either be moved as a backup combo forward or, and if he doesnt complain about playing superstar minutes he wont have a problem with this, he can bulk up to 230-240 and be the starting pf and we can trade ryno. other than shooting he's as good or better at everything ryno does and guarding pfs will be easier since he's slowing down but still has some speed. huge advantage vs opposingpfs

i'd try ryno and lou for the bet offense 3 tyey can get. need at least 2 go to scorers in the starting lineup. pg is up there of course but cost will be steep.

Game four was beautiful because everyone of the guards and Ariza got Nene the ball.
