    Objection! Speculation.

He could not do that. He may have the best game of his career scoring 32 points one night under this system but it's much much much much much more likely he would become half of Nash+Defense.

I think in this system with shooters he could be a 10-12ppg 10-12apg player with solid defense and low turnovers.

But it wouldn't work, defenses wouldnt guard him around screens and force him to shoot. Which he would ruin the teams success.

Enter harden who is amazing at facilitating and scoring. The perfect, absolute perfect player for this system.

We are missing amare/diaw. The frontcourt facilitating player(draymond) that can continue to create after the PnR against a defense with a perfect rotating defense(spurs).

I know you love Rubio. But the truth is he isn't a starter in this league anymore unless he develops a shot. The league has changed. He would be good in the 90s/2000s but not anymore

The Cavs have gotten progressively worse defensively throughout the season. It's crazy, IIRC, they were like top 5 in the league after the first 15 or something games when they started out red hot. I do feel like a lot of it is their feeling that they would "flip the switch" in the playoffs after getting just a high enough seed.

    32 minutes.

He'd average around 10 points and 15 assists playing in this system with our shooters, especially with Harden next to him. He'd be dynamite here sms would make Harden even more productive and efficient.

    I'll play fiddle.

He could play a Beverley type of role next to Harden. But he would have to at least be a 35% 3pt shooter which he isn't close to.

There is a spot on this team for that type of non shooter (ariza)

He would be a much better back up initiator than bev and a comparable defender. But his shooting would destroy us.

I'd rather have Rubio setting up Harden than Harden setting up Lou.

We don't win championships because there is a team out there with 4 legit all stars, and a team full of machines, and a team with a God. Not because we don't have Ricky ****ing Rubio

So you want Chris Paul in FA? What would you think of Hayward, Griffin, Porter, or Gallinari? I doubt Durant is ever coming here for better or worse. Would you wait for Paul George in 2018?

    Hayward yes.
Porter and Gallo ues if price is right (which it won't be).
    Griffin nope.
George yes. But George is going to get traded most likely.

Right and the Warriors would have lost their first title had the Cavs not lost Love and Kyrie.

We can play the what if game all day.

That could be true to. But it doesn't negate what I said though. The Warriors were a Draymind Green suspension away from a three-peat. Get it?

It is irrelevant and no we don't know the Warriors would have won.

The Warriors had Green in game 6 and lost by double digits. The Warriors had Green in game 7, at home and lost.

The Warriors are lucky to have the title they have, they could easily be 0-2 and we could be talking about LeBron gunning for his 5th title in 6 years.

    "What it's" mean nothing.

No we don't know that the Cans would have won with kyrie and love either. They're actually paying better so far this playoffs with those guys in the bench. So no Cavs wouldn't have won.
