Wow, he really turned down that offer... If the Clippers want a stretch 4 on a multiyear deal so badly they can have Anderson for Harris and a 2nd rounder.
Everybody looking for a max nowadays. But hey, as long as there are dumb GMs, there will be a terrible contract market.
Tobias Harris is TOTALLY worth $188 Million or at least the $144 Million. Spoiler who in dafuq is Tobias Harris?
It's too bad, that the Rockets can't have him on a 14.8 M a year (his current deal) for the next 3 years. I'm not proposing a Capela deal for him.
These young guys have too much faith in themselves. Very few teams will offer the max for them. Ditto for Capela.
tobias can actually produce against the warriors. clint is basically neutral against them and we're about to either max him or lose him. ideally we could keep clint on a fair deal, but if he wont settle for less than max i'd look to get something for him. tobias would be as good as we can probably get for clint in that situation.
NBA really need to have Types of Free Agent A,B,C,D,E. The contracts in the NBA is just ridiculous, Morey, Ryan Anderson started this for overpaid role players. NBA needs to set better Contract rules With option of Team Declining a Contract, if a player plays bad during his contract.
Aaron Gordon accepted a deal so quick 88 million dollar extension. I respect Aaron so much for that. And would've fitted on the Rockets style of play more than Capela against the Warriors, Aaron can Rebound, Defend, Shoot 3s, He's really young 22 yrs old, and can matchup with Draymond more easily.
He really can't though. Have you ever watched the guy play defense? Where in the world did you get this idea?
And his contract also gets lower every year... 2018-19 $21,590,909 2019-20 $19,863,636 2020-21 $18,136,364 2021-22 $16,409,091
