Does he run block better than Walters? If not, Kubes isn't going after him.

Speed doesn't matter. Can he run 8 yard routes?

Seeing him play, he can. I also believe that Aj can mentor him.

If he Can run routes beyond 10 yards (Texans will not be intersted)
If he has speed to beat hes Corner (Texans will not be intersted)
If the guy is a playmaker (Texans will not be intersted)
If he can Spread The field (Texans will definatley not be intersted)

but if he can run a route on 3 and 10 of 5 yards (there looking into him)

    So SAD but true....

Hate to agree, but I have to. especially with a QB that can't throw it beyond 15 yds.

Those two quotes defending himself are real funny but ridiculous that he really thinks that way. He won't be a texan because he's someone who puts himself before the team. Schwartz and Linehan are prototype douches but if Young can't develop a team mentality playing alongside Calvin, why would he beside Andre?

He wont be a Texan regardless.. This is just a better excuse for the Team to ignore
    it... (He has character issues)

this guy can be a Angel and the Texans wont be intersted... (Texans dont make big Free Agent Splashes)
    Leave that for the Patriots...

If he's not happy in the most pass happy team in NFL history, how the hell is he going to be happy anywhere else?

Character issues is an understatement. He quit on his team, he just stopped showing up. The Lions coaches who tolerate all the other boneheads on that roster told him to stop coming. It'd be Royce White all over again. Look at why this fool is available, not just at the fact that he is available.

He had a great rookie year, was on his way to supplanting Nate Burleson, and was getting at least 70% of the snaps week in week out. I guess he was unhappy they drafted Broyles?

Schaub needs a good, reliable, proven receiver that runs great routes, not project receivers.

Lmbo. So true, and that is why we will be having these same discussions next year. While some other AFC team is in the Superbowl.

If Calvin Johnson couldn't mentor him, what makes you think AJ could? The guy is a me-first prima donna who lacks discipline and self-control. This past season was the perfect opportunity for him to establish himself as a legitimate NFL receiver with some serious potential to be a #1.....instead, he goes off the reservation, and gets himself kicked off the team. We don't need headcases here.....we need athletes who are willing to follow in AJ's footsteps and keep this team in contention. DeVier Posey was on his way to becoming just that, which is what makes his injury even more unfortunate.

How did Andre become the best receiver if Schaub STILL can't get him the ball? How did Andre have a record year if Schaub can't get him the ball?
