I understand it's because he wasn't getting PT there, but that tweet still comes across like a funny burn.

    Today is the last day.

March 1: Last day a player can be waived by one team and remain eligible to appear in the postseason for another team.

Players who change teams don’t have to sign with a new team by March 1 in order to be playoff-eligible — they simply have to be waived on or before March 1. A player released on or before March 1 could wait until the very last day of the regular season to sign with a new club, and he’d still retain his postseason eligibility. Anyone waived after March 1 won’t be playoff-eligible for a new team.

Please don't go to the Warriors. The Thunder should've waited before getting Brew. This dude probably could help. Brew is going to run the floor and bring them energy tho.

He's a pretty good offensive player in my memory. Hope he's not end up joining the Golden State.

Never got the hype around him coming in and don't think he's very good. I say he has a contract left to stay in the league. My guess is a team takes a flier on him a la Tyreke Evans or Beasley etc. and hope he puts up numbers so they can flip him.

I know Muhammed isn't a world beater, but he's still better at creating his own shot than pretty much the entire GS bench. Are the Warriors content with what they have, or are players not wanting to go there?

WIll be interesting to see if he can help another playoff contender. It clearly didn't work out in Minnesota.

So he left a playoff contender to join the same exact team in the east?

I think saying "he left" doesn't capture what has happened with him. The Wolves fell out of excuses not to play him after Butler got hurt, so they probably offered him that as a chance to save his career. This guy was supposed to be good, turned out trash. Seriously, I'd rather have Brewer than him (though I still prefer neither).

He was the #1 high school recruit coming out of Vegas. I followed him pretty closely since I’m from Vegas and my college team (unlv) was trying really hard to get him.

We struck out and ended up getting Anthony Bennett who was the #7 recruit instead.

I was pumped at the time but they both suck...
