McNair solve the issue- fire Kubiak and let Wade Phillips take the head coaching position. Kubiak couldn't win 1 of the last 3 games last season to win home field advantage in the playoffs. Kubiak has not gotten the Texans prepared for clutch performances last year. Texans could easily be 0-5 this season and Kubiak would be gone. Kubiak shows no faith in Schaub in not allowing no audibles. Don't wait - the season could still be managable under new leadership-Wade Phillips and a new offensive coordinator with more imagination in play calling. I could have coached the defenses against the Texans in the past 5 games. The CORE issue is not SCHAUB its KUBIAK.
