Ryan Anderson, Eric Gordon and Trevor Ariza all hit four 3-pointers on Friday in the Rockets' win over the Nuggets. It was the fifth game this season that three Rockets hit four 3-pointers. The rest of the league has four combined, per ESPN Stats & Info.

We will probably break all the 3 point records of any teams ever, this season. The question is, after that, we will be considered a better 3 point shooting team than GSW? And during this season, is there any trade that can make us even better at it?

You don't necessarily have to send out Beverley for either one. McDaniels + Onuaku [enough salary for Young].

Agreed, if the other team would be willing to do that deal. But then how would you play them both in that scenario minutes wise? Just curious to hear your opinion.

You need to have either one of Gordon or Harden on the floor at all times, so Young would have limited minutes where you sit Gordon or Harden [another option off the bench when: there's foul trouble, 3pt shot not is not falling, extra rest / back-to-back games, injuries, etc.].

I meant, how do you decide to give the minutes to Young or Bev if both are still on the team? I think we all agree that we want Harden or Gordon on the court at all times. I think most would definitely agree that Young is an upgrade offensively to Bev by a good margin, but is Bev an upgrade to young defensively or through intangibles, enough to offset what Young brings to the table more offensively?

Would a 3 guard rotation of Harden, Gordon and Young be better than a 3 guard rotation of Harden, Bev, Gordon? Or switch out LaVine for Young and ask the same question?

Remember when our own dumbass fans were calling shooting a bunch of threes gimicky? Look at all the top teams shooting threes now. That said, having a long bomb strategy with mediocre shooters last year was a very bad idea. Too bad McHale and JBB were too incompetent to create an offensive system beyond PnR and ISO.

And yet we dont see Minutes for Kyle Wiltjer? I really really don't get that. His 3-pt shooting is as smooth as can be. I really hope we can develop him because i think in a year or two he will be better than Ryno if we give him minutes

It's for the same reason that Troy Daniels never got minutes. You have to be useful outside of shooting to get minutes.
