Thread rating stars on dark color scheme are ugly

    Just noticed that the star graphics used for thread ratings have changed for the dark color scheme and they look really bad, in my opinion.

    Honest feedback is honest.

    I like the change. I never could see the red stars on the dark background very well, and now I see .... stars!

    Truth is, we had the image server go down for half a day. I loaded up the images I had on a second server but for some reason, I still had the old default one ([​IMG]) for the thread rating image instead of the new one ([​IMG]) in that folder.

    I can change back ... red over yellow?

    I see.

    What about changing the red stars so they have a stroke on them? They'll be easier to see.

    Here's a quick example. I used #cccccc so it's visible but not overwhelming.

    Thread ratings need to be turned off - they rarely give an accurate evaluation of the thread quality.

    I like the old red ones we've had originally.

    I think Clutch should sticky a thread on the GARM to inform people how the thread rating system works. Just because you don't like the news (i.e. Landry gets traded, etc) doesn't mean you rate it a 1.

    Yeah, the yellow looks a little out of place in the dark scheme.

    I like the bordered red, though.
