I think Surprise player of the year should go to
    MOOCHIE NORRIS

Kenny Thomas - we knew about him in College. However, Moochie? Plus he has a cool name too.

The Mooch man has been a great aquisition no question about it... but he had previous NBA experience and was backing up Payton (not just anyone does that !) but out of College everyone was wondering about Kenny T. to me he is the surprise player of the yr. as far as the rox goes.....

    I'll add to this...

Rockets Most Improved Player: Hmmm, is there a person on the current Rockets squad that was with the team last year?? I guess Mobley wins by default

Boxer of the year: Walt Williams, for his 4th Quarter TKO of the Mormon Stickman

Whiner of the year: Thomas Hamilton

Player that lived up to his nickname: Thomas Hamilton

Coach of the year: Rudy Tomjonavich

Player most likely to injure himself while celebrating a big basket: Steve Francis

Most eligible bachelor: Well, Cuttino had a slight lead for this award, but those "personal reasons" that caused him to miss a game kinda took him out of the running, so Steve surpasses him at the wire

Does anybody have a cool idea for a signature??

You know, technically if you count the offseason, Snottie b****en takes this one by a landslide. If not, they'll give him the same award in Portland anyway [IMG]
Oh, come on now. You're forgetting about the Backstreet Boy himself, Bryce Drew! [IMG]
