This team will never win anything with Brock Osweiler at QB!

Crazy that Hoyer is on another level compared to Brock.

I understand wanting to find the good in Brock, and defend him, see the good, and hope for the best. Yes, he looks really good at times. Yeah! He didn't throw any interceptions today, which is progresss. Yeah! He didn't fumble the ball when he was sacked a couple times. Yeah! He ran it a few times instead of taking a hit for a loss. I used to do that with Schaub when everyone screamed for him to go. He just wasn't ever the same after his foot injury. Even then though, he was soooooooooo much better than what I see now. This is such a boring offense. I miss the days of actually knowing you actually have a quarterback who can throw to a receiver who is double covered, and find a way to get that ball right where only he can get it. I miss getting aggressive early, and not waiting for desperation mode. Sorry to those still trying to be optimistic. I actually tried that this game, but after 4 drives with zip on the board I just got disgusted.

He's awful, and anyone who still defends him is a moron.

Be careful the "Brock apologist" will tell you that you don't know football.

Do you actually think Brock deserves to still be our starter?

Your question isn't relevant as it is based on who is available and the answer is nobody as Savage is out. It was the same dumb question always asked when we said anything bad about Charles Schwab. I can still feel he is the suckiest and not have an alternative on the team. It is the not having an alternative on the team that is the problem.

Here are my posts from Sep 27th if you want to know what I have been thinking of Assweiler

I predicted 4-6 wins, was laughed at because of the above comments and now it looks like 7 is the magic number but 6 total wins is still a real possibility.

    Two Questions
    1. Can Brock be turned around.
    2. Anyone have an example of it happening.

I mean d*mn he in his 5th year

As much as I like all Houston team, the team's situation is depressing. Granted we have many players injured, but it seems like we just stuck at medicore-sht level with this qb. Last years playoff defeat was depressing already enough, this time we might not even get to playoffs. Good thing the Rockets and Astros are doing fine.

Man, Brock balled out pretty well yesterday. I don't know that we can say he's a total failure yet. Dude wants to see a few more games from him AND if he can beat Denver/Oakland/KC in the playoffs then hell yes man, he's our QB.

I think we should wait until the offensive line is perfect, the running game is perfect, the receivers are perfect and the coaching staff is perfect before we truly judge him.

No confidence in Oz; adds more fuel to BOB being forced to playing Oz

Turn Reliant into a snow globe, best game he's played all year.

Except then the WR's fail him. The only one without a drop yesterday was Fuller lol.

Can't find the stats. I know Griffin, Fido, Miller and Hop all had one. Fuller was 5/6 but I don't think it was catchable he was leaping and it wasn's really on target, got batted down. You could argue Miller's wasn't a drop since he got hurt on the play, but it hit him in the hands. The rest all definitely had a drop.
