This season reminds me of Lakers 2012-13 season under MDA

    Lakers won the championships in 2009 and 2010 Under Phil Jackson.

    2012-13 Season 45-37 under MDA (8th seed)
    2013-14 Season 27-55 under MDA

    Age:

    Harden 29, Kobe 34 (Kobe 78 games @ 27.3 ppg, 6 rebs ppg, 6 assts ppg)

    Paul 33, Gasol 32

    Melo 34, Nash 38

    Capela 24, Howard 26 (Howard 76 games, 17, 12)

    Tucker 33, World Peace 32

    Lakers had better benches.

    it is the 15-16 season all over again

    coming off a WCF loss against GS
    add washed Lawson - add washed Melo
    had a good defense - defense turned to trash
    Harden fat - Harden pregnant
    getting blown out at home to start the year

    the similarities are too hard to ignore

    Were Kobe and Howard top 10 players in 2012?

    Kobe 78 games @ 27.3 ppg, 6 rebs ppg, 6 assts ppg
    Howard 76 games, 17, 12

    Harden is unlikely to play 78 games and Paul is unlikely to play 76.

    Corey Brewer was a good defender and good shooter in 2012-13 season.
