    The FCC does not permit data discrimination except for "reasonable traffic management".
    You can prevent companies from experimenting with prioritizing/throttling content by IP/content provider without forcing equal prioritization of packets of latency-dependent services and throughput-dependent services. That's the status quo, and it's fine as it is. Title 2 hasn't changed that, and repealing title 2 does not bring that into issue.

    this is what the ISPs have demanded. Anyways whats John Thune's plan? talks cheap. Politicians do this bulshit all the time where they call for legislation and then bring nothing to the table. What does Thune think his job is?
