Just sharing the fact that while the "hot-take" media are interpreting the non-celebration and Harden in their BS fashion, there are still respected journalists out there preaching truth

Woj has never flip-flopped though. He doesn't get caught up in the "Hot Take" bull**** that most of these shock-jock, ESPN-wanna-be, hack journalists do. He usually reports from a more emotional angle, and tries to get background before coming out with a piece.

This particular article isn't a Woj Piece. It was written by Michael Lee. There is also a line in there that says we just delayed the inevitable. So, while a bit more pro-Rocket than normal, some shade is definitely thrown our way in this article.

I guess we are so used to getting shat on that this piece seemed "pro-rocket", lol :p

I felt like Lee laid the truth out for everyone to see. This season HAS been a disappointment and the series will likely be over once Curry returns, but you have to give credit to Harden for reigniting this team.

This is especially true when his leadership skills have been criticized incessantly (this year) and team chemistry has been called into question.

All things considered, the positives from game 3 outweigh pretty much any "unknown commodity" in the draft. Namely, Harden proved that he's still a gamechanging superstar, DMO still has that versatile skill-set and fire we are missing from the 4 spot, playoff Dwight still lives (albeit subdued) and Beasley CAN contribute important playoff minutes without boneheaded mistakes.

Hardly shade if it is a VERY widely held belief. Not saying the nearly impossible does not occur, but it's odd to put a different spin on it and come off as impartial.

So I would not say it is pro-Rocket, but neither is shade being thrown. It's level-headed and an accurate/truthful assessment imo.
