In all these years I have never seen this. My wife and I were driving back to Houston and getting on/off static/broadcast whatever. We heard them screaming and lost sound on the radio. Finally, finally we got a signal and heard they won despite the 'best efforts of that timekeeper. We were both yelling and yelping trying desperately to find out what happened.

If Utah had won in 'extra time' His Eminence would have had a great scandal, yet another he has managed to sidestep during his reign.

He wasn't fired. The Rockets wanted him fired, but since he had 11 years of experience on the job as the Jazz's time keeper, he was able to keep his job. I know. It's BS.

Foley was being diplomatic towards the clock keeper. The Jazz are well known for every dirty trick in the book.

I love Gene and Jim. They are genuinely passionate about this franchise.

I also agree with Kam. The shrieking was pretty annoying last night, but I wanted to KILL the person who was ringing that bell.

    absolutely,

and the NEWBS today thinking we aren't getting RESPECT??!!

cause what? Kenny and Charles didn't pick us?!

we were getting bent backwards back in the 90s in ACTUAL GAMES, not TV ANALYST comments.

The new school paris hilton Rocket fans are a bunch of pansies. I'm waiting for Clutch to put out that San Antonio game with that Robinson TIP IN after the game was over.

I'm considered a "newb", but by no means to I take to heart what commentators like Barkley and Smith say.

Facts are, like you stated, this has been happening for a long time. I was really shocked the Rox pulled that one out despite all the adversity.

Man, I'm going to really miss these guys. I'm recording the live broadcast of their final regular season game tomorrow, since I will actually be there.

Being a Rockets fan is like being on a roller coaster.

Damnit do I hate roller coasters!

there is no rule in bball at any level that regulates psi. Even bball circumference is not a strict rule. It is a range of cirumference in the NBA, and in FIBA they only specify a max.

since there is no rule governing psi, can what you describe be against the rules. sounds like an nba urban legend.

    here's the rules:

I was looking for this video and forgot that when the NBA shut down the ClutchFans YouTube account that this video was also removed. I just re-uploaded the video and updated the initial post. Thought it was applicable for tonight's game...
