    I think a better question would be along the lines of:

    Who do you want to see do better, Yao Ming or The Rockets? Let's see who here can pick ONE over the other....

    LOL. That is true, but if the Rox are doing better than that means that Yao, Steve etc. are doing better. So I think he meant do you want to see Yao do better, or the Rockets? And if the Rockets do better than that means the players are doing better.

    Incase you havn't noticed when Yao Ming does well the Rockets do well also!!!!!! So liking Yoa Ming doesnt seperate you from liking the Rockets. Its just natural to have a favourite player on ones Team!
