The Sugar Land Skeeters Baseball team stole my idea

    I guess I can't truly claim that they "stole" my idea when I didn't patent it and I posted it on the interwebs for the whole world to see.

    BUT...

    In this thread from 2005 (a thread that asked for suggestions for the name of Houston's new soccer team) I quickly threw together this rough image:

    And I just discovered that, next year, Sugar Land is going to have a minor league baseball team called The Skeeters (logo below). They're selling T-shirts and marketing product like crazy.

    I have really good ideas.
    I hate to see others getting rich off of my really good ideas.
