Pau's primary targets seem to be portland and SA. But yeah I agree why not atleast mske some sort of push for him. However I do believe he has little to no interest in coming here at the end of the day

Thanks for the work on the list!

I think Crabbe would be considered a shooter on the wing, no?

    I guess I missed one!

However, I think he will eventually stay in Portland.

I was mostly focused on players we have a good chance at.

Dudley has signed in phoenix. I see that Dwight Powell kid is available. He made the rockets look silly in every game vs dallas last season

Tolliver is a FA? Why isn't he signed yet?
If he is we should go sign him right now.

Here's the list from the previous poster with the additional non-fringe guys added in. Jarrad Sullinger
    Ryan Anderson
    Al Horford
    Alan Crabbe
    DMo

I'm just now realizing Afflalo wasn't on my list, but he certainly should have been. This is a solid list, but other guys they should be seriously looking at:
    Ryan Anderson
    Marvin Williams
    Zaza Pachulia
    Pau Gasol
    Mirza Teletovic
Derrick Williams (could be had for cheap and could fit in MDA's offense)
    JR Smith
Lance Stephenson (on a short, reasonable contract)
    Beno Udrih
    Greivis Vasquez
    Deron Williams

Mirza agreed to terms with the Bucks
I heard an interview on the Fan in Dallas a couple of months ago that made me think Zaza may not play next season in the NBA, not confirmed though

When we strike out on Harford, I'd like to see the Rockets invest in up and coming players, obviously we tried for Bazemore and failed, but I like the idea of Allen Crabbe and Seth Curry. This team needs youth and shooting and these two are definitely capable. At the very least we can force the other teams to overpay to match.

Jarrod Uthoff for 2 years $3 million with team option on year 3 is better value than anybody on that list.

Dude.... I know you love this guy, but I think you're a little too on board with this. Are you Jarrod Uthoff? Are you related to Jarrod Uthoff? The guy went undrafted for a reason, and it's rare that undrafted players go on to be quality NBA rotational players.

I am just waiting for the Pelicans to give former Rocket Jason Collier a 3 year 50 million dollar deal.

This year is going to be a wash, why not throw a one year max contract at Gasol. He would be the best big man available after Horford. We need to spend the money only tie us up for one year. He has the best skill set of any big men left on the board. However, Dantoni benched him for some scrub at the 4 position.

If he would actually consider playing under D'Antoni again, I'd be all for it. But I think they just clashed too much, and I can't imagine a scenario where he would come back here. I love the idea, though. Morey has always coveted Gasol, and I think he'd be a great fit with Harden.

D'Antoni managed to piss off all the Lakers big men while he was there.

    Gasol ain't coming here.
    Jordan Hill ain't coming here.
    Howard wasn't coming back.
No former Lakers big man (under Mike) is coming here. Won't even take the phone call.

However, maybe you could get Bob Sacre.
