Dude conveniently leaves off the #3 pick, who is currently setting a ROOKIE NBA RECORD for 3pt% at 48%. I guess it's best not to compare Ball to the guy who many thought was the clear #1 or 2 pick.

Oh, and Fox is shooting 32% now.

Oh, and Ball has MISSED more 3ptr than everyone on that list has TAKEN (except for Smith), and by a big margin.

Doesn't address the fact that plenty of rookies are shooting horribly, yet we only pick on one.

Also, the guy was making a list of other rookies shooting bad, not ALL rookies. So not sure how he "conveniently" left off Tatum. You really think he's just gonna be like, but not Jayson Tatum who has been fire, when it has nothing to do with his point? Lol

Those rookies dad didn’t say they were better that Curry. You get overhyped then be ready to back it up.

Tatum isn't the only rookie shooting really well.

I understand he was cherry picking just the ones shooting under 30%. I brought up Tatum, because by selecting Ball over Tatum the Lakers contributed a lot to the scrutiny.

Also, that list looks a lot different if he would just include the rookies qualifying, because for now, it's a small sample except for guys like Ball who are already over 100 attempts...but guys like Fox just jumped 3% points in their last game, because they have so few shots so far, his ranking changed fast.

Lance Stephenson has a better FG%, 3PT%, FT%, TS%, FT rate, offensive rating, winshares/48 and a lower turnover rate than Lonzo Ball.

It's getting harder to defend the young man, but I still got hope he can turn things around. Sucks his dad put all this pressure on him to be the next Generational player. Dude can't sneeze without someone saying he's doing it wrong or someone sneezes better.

This dude is a fraud. Conveniently leaves out Tatum so he can support his narrative and then when gets called out for it he calls Tatum a "system player" who plays for best coach in the East. Get the fack outta here bitch. LOLakers would trade Tatum for Ball a the drop of a hat if re-draft occurred. They facked up taking Ball over Tatum and a few others period.

The kid (nice kid) is a terrible shooter and relatively non-athletic. Non-athletic and can't shoot, no thanks.

It seems like he can't get away with his terrible shot mechanics anymore. Not against NBA athletes.

Can't finish at the rim either against NBA athletes. Dude is slow AF and while he can finish above the rim he's not an explosive leaper. Best case is a MCW or a Rondo type player.

    Bump for tonight's game...

    My prediction

    L.Ball 9 pts on 3-10 shooting 1-6 3s. 9 rebounds. 3 assists. 5 turnovers. 1 steal. 1 block.

Not making an excuse for Lonzo (or for their team) but maybe the back-to-back was rough for him. Lakers had a game in Denver yesterday while the Rockets were in LA resting and practicing for a couple of days.

Harden, CP3, Ariza, EG, Mbah a Moute, Tarik Black, Bobby Brown all have LA connections. Except for the rare occasions the crowd actually made noise, it was more like a home game for the Rockets than the Lakers.
