I remember loving his show on Disney when I was a kid. I was happy when he found work on Flash Foward and Rizzoli & Isles. This is actually pretty shocking to me; I guess that TNT money wasn't enough.

Graduated with honors from a great university, and had a steady job as far as an actor goes.

Not sure what demons he had in his personal life, but man. RIP

In before suicide commentary from the righteous.

Sad story. I never watched much of Jett Jackson, but would see parts here and there.

Seemed like the guy had it all. I hope he has found peace.

Used to watch that show as a kid....damn this is sad. I'm surprised the yahoo article lists him as Rizzoli and Isles star because most people know him as Jett probably.

I loved that show when I was growing up. I saw him in a commercial for Rizzoli & Isles during the NBA season and I was glad to see that he was still working. Definitely sad news.

I never saw him as Jett Jackson, but I am a big fan of Rizzoli and Isles. Another actor on a show I watch committing suicide this year... totally sucks. RIP Frost

Im sure he made a TON of Money from Jett Jackson, so I doubt money was an issue. Plus, he had steady work on a popular TNT show. Who knows why........it gets so bad that people think this is the only way out.

    RIP.

From our perspective..he was famous, successful and possibly wealthy. Sad that we will never know what he really felt like.

This. Most of us strive for financial freedom & wealth which makes it baffling why rich & famous people take their own lives. Like someone said above:

    "Never know another man's struggles"

Definitely something to ponder. RIP JJ (How I knew him)
