    Damn! I hope the Chuckster is all right, that it isn't anything serious, and that he doesn't miss much time, unless he's fixing to play the Rocks, of course. On those days, he should rest until the game's over. This is pretty shocking news. :-(-

    How come the (former)rockets with the biggest heart all have heart problems? I hope everything is OK for Chuck. One of my favorite players.

    Is this season jinxed or what? Nothing had gone right, except Chuck getting a nice contract near his hometown. And now he may be forced into early retirement if this is as serious as it sounds. :(

    I am very unhappy to see Chuck Hayes being waived. He showed he can still rebound and defend, which we greatly need. If he is retiring, Morey should offer him a coaching job.

    He was always underrated, and he showed great leadership.

    Good luck, Chuck. You will always be a Houston Rocket.
