No I certainly understand and I dont think A&M deserved it more or less than Mizzou and I certainly understand your frustration. So last I had heard it was probably neb or ou in the alamo, osu in insight, and mizzou in Holiday. Is it now OSU in the Holiday? Either way .. Whoever gets it is really getting the shaft.
Did Mizzou deserve it? Yes. DO they bring in the kind of money and fan base like A&M brings in? No. Whether its LSU or Bama, and especially if its Bama, the bowl will be big.
Yeah, Stewart Mandel from SI says Neb/OU to Alamo, Mizzou to Insight and OSU to Holiday. Also, the Insight Bowl chair commented today that rankings would be a big priority for them (in deciding between Mizzou/OSU)... Understood - it just sucks that the exact same logic is why the Orange Bowl would like to invite Mizzou over Stanford, but they're not allowed to. Frustrating.
