Don't forget the 121-151 record, 3-5 playoff record. But they did make the playoffs 29% of the time!!

But he did buy/bring back a team to Houston. In all cases, that's better than rooting for the Titans or Cowboys, and deserving of induction into something!!

He deserves the honor. He brought the NFL back to Houston. I will always be thankful for that.

Conflicted. This guy brought a team back to Houston and while we were grace with great players like Hopskins, Watson, and Watt, under his leadership we also wasted the career of Johnson, Foster and others.

I will always acknowledge that without him, the Texans wouldn't have existed, but this man allowed BoB to create the mediocre franchise we know today.

I typically despise the "hands-on owner", but if he sure as hell needed to be a bit more hands-on.

Well they were (and are) a losing franchise with him so...
    ;)

117-149 at time of his death
    (123-153 overall)

They did beat the Titans the week of his passing.

Can't let the inmates run the ring...of honor.

Seriously though, if they end up inducting Brian Cushing but not Duane Brown it's just never gonna mean that much to me.

The last time they played the Falcons, it was 42-0 going into the 4th quarter.

Mr. McNair a good man. Those who speak bad about him didn't know him.
