I was shocked at how much Kubiak splooged over Keenum on the radio yesterday in his final coaches show of the year. He sounded pretty luke warm about Yates, and resigned to the fact that TJ is a goner after his rookie deal is up. But when he mentioned Case, he sounded like he was talking about our QB of the future. I have mixed emotions about that.

PR talked to him before the interview, made sure Kubiak was prepared to spin the Keenum thing properly for the fans. The organization needed a smokescreen after the disappointing loss. The fans love Keenum. He wont be QB#2 ever, I'll bet on it.

With UH fans crying about Keenum being better than Manziel while they watch him hold a clip board in the arena league.

If he does get to that level...will that satisfy Houston's issues??? Houston must get to the title game next year or better...b/c the window is extremely short for success...

Is Keenum more athletic and does he have a stronger arm than Schwaaab? If so, bring him in.
