It's Crennel though, he usually makes good talent evaluations

John: Texans simply walked by [insert player here]. They know him well.

Give me Gaines on the cheap and a tackle and I would call it a good off season.

Pre season? Stats show he’s never got a INT.

@sarahbarshop: Kareem Jackson has been the Texans’ slot corner, so it will be interesting to see if he moves to safety or the team moves on. Adding Colvin doesn’t mean the Texans are done at CB.

He’s not going to have the benefit of playing with two elite corners like he did in Jacksonville.

    Correct.

BUT he will have the benefit of playing with, arguably, the best front seven in the game (when healthy).

Exactlyyyyyyy what I thought about. He will have to clean up Johnson’s missed tackles. And I hope he trains with Usain Bolt if he wants to track down Joseph’s guys burning him on every other play.

Didn't Kareem Jackson do pretty well at safety when Bouye was here?

    1.) JJ is a FA.
2.) Maybe he wants the opportunity to shine as the #1 guy.

Pretty sure Texans pitched that to him and/or told him the plans to become better on D. I'm also sold on the fact people want to play for a young rising star in Watson.

So if HOU reaches top status again on the Defensive end... Who has the better offense? Better overall team? Bortles or Watson? Hopkins? etc.

Wait till JAG's catch the injury bug next year and are wondering where Colvin went.

JJ should not be part of plans going forward.

I'm sure he has a better chance to shine here. He wouldn't get as many reps in Jacksonville.
