I've always believed the best outcome for this season is for the team to start playing better. Win or lose. You can't expect everyone to play horribly and then get saved by a bunch of rookies next year. I want to see some fight, even in losses. Better tackling. Less dropped passes. Better play calling. Improved run blocking. If that gets them to win the division, great. If not, doesn't matter. Just play better. A good portion of the players on the team now are going to be here next year. Can't get around that.
Don't worry, I don't expect someone like you to follow along. The Titans have 15 sacks on the season and the Texans have Brian Hoyer as their starting QB. That's not even mentioning the sorry state of the defense that made the Dolphins look like the Patriots. It's also not even mentioning the fact that the coaching staff has almost certainly lost the locker room with their nonsense.
Why don't you put some stakes on it. If you're wrong (again), don't come back here. Probably should have done the same thing when you went all-in on Mallet, only to have it come crashing down all around you.
Someone has to be the voice of reason around here with people like you running around stinking the place up.
You realize you've become a caricature of yourself? Figured you'd be too chicken-**** to take the bet. Continue to make irresponsible/baseless hot takes... and not own up when they're wrong... yeah, that makes for a great forum.
This is just entertainment for him. I think he enjoys the attention. The more people respond to him about Mallett, Bridgewater, and Andre Johnson; the more he'll continue.
Ryan Fitzpatrick was competent and average last year. Hoyer's actually been fairly competent this year. If the rest of the team were playing like they did last year and OB hadn't flip flopped on his QB choice 3 quarters in, we'd probably have 2 or 3 more wins right now, winning the division, and people wouldn't be b****ing so much about the QB position. Seriously, last years team would probably have a 2 game lead in this division right now.
Maybe. But it does seem like he honestly believed te things he says. Then again, he gets selective dementia when they're all wrong, so he's probably just another mental health victim.
Funny, that's what I think of you as well. You are like a little child throwing a temper tantrum most of the time on this board.....and I know you can't actually be as young as you act based on the date you joined. When an adult acts that way, you have to question their mental competence.
Hot take #3. You're literally falling apart at the seams now. With Mallet gone, you have nowhere else to turn.
