That's not that interesting. Don't teams do this all the time? I feel like the Patriots met with a #1 overall type QB a few years back.

Hopefully a team that doesn't have a qb drafts Jackson. Seems like a great leader and I want him to succeed. It the Texans draft him he won't see the field unless DW4 gets hurt.

I'd be shocked if they took him as a QB2 with their 3rd round pick (or traded up) considering all of their holes still. Now, I know Lance has said a lot of people see him as a potential stud WR as well so maybe OB would like the versatility.

Backup QB is important for sure. I wouldn't kill them for it, particularly considering I'm one of the few people left alive that still has concerns about Watson it seems. Would just surprise me.

Watching Lamar Jacksons highlights, most of his passes were no reads, dial in on one route and throw. Like 90% of them. Id rather a veteran be the backup qb, especially with our late draft position and our needs.

You're not alone with your concerns. I just would have preferred a veteran. Glennon, Bridgewater, Hundley, etc.

If they can teach him how to properly throw a football then he could be a very good QB one day, if not.....well perhaps he'd have more success converting to WR than Braxton Miller has thus far.

"Look at how the ball floats when he throws left"

"Look at how the ball floats when he throws right"

"Look at how you doesn't look away the invisible defenders when he throws the ball"

"He stares his lone receiver down before he throws it to the guy alone"

Yessir. Watson should have been the top pick in the draft. Thank God for the browns lol.

I mean, we have 3 3rd round picks. If he's there for the back end of the 3rd round, I could be open to the possibility. Backup QB is a need after all.
