I had to unfollow him. I enjoy his talent, but I really dislike reading what he has to say about anything at all.

There is a substantial likelihood he has the same ppl doing his PR as McGrady. Can't wait to hear him start talking about his defender being at his mercy or the dedication of his supporting cast.

The tweet seemed rather humble to me. If it makes him look bad, it's because his language isn't precise enough to communicate what he's trying to say to people with bad reading comprehension.

Agree on both statements. Nothing wrong with his post. The whole "Freedom of Speech" thing - yea you are "free" to say what you want, but not free from the repercussions. Calling your boss a moron on twitter is the same thing as doing it to his face...clean out your desk.

fail to see the issue here.

from my advanced degree in twittertranslatology, he's saying:

"i wanted to get out of new jersey so bad because i was playing on a team that wasn't going anywhere. now, i'm not even playing. but it's alright, i just have to take it one day at a time and earn my keep by getting better, or unless something else miraculously happens."

    tl;dr - ya, u mad

You do realize he has a life outside of basketball, right? Nowhere in the tweet does he mention New Jersey, the Rockets, PT, even basketball.

Maybe his cat wanted to get to the other side of the swimming pool, jumped in to swim across, realized he can't swim as well as he thought, and had to:
    1. Be patient until T-will helped him out or
    2. Become a better swimmer and get to the other side on his own

Stupid analogy, I know, but the point is that this tweet could be about anything, everything, or nothing at all.

Twill is obviously cocky about his appearance, and that "trade" tweet has nothing to do with his situation with the Rockets for those who might mis-interpret it...

But he retweeted it so everyone could see (which pretty much implies that he agrees)....

whats wrong with our players having some personality? If everyone spoke like Battier we'd know what he's gonna say before he opened his mouth
