One correction - he has been a neutral-to-plus defender since 14-15, except for a 2 month mediocre stretch in 15-16. However, his defense improved considerably in the last two years.

    11) Harden is actually a FOUR time MVP winner but the NBA/Silver rather reward narratives than actual basketball production/talent.

Folks will look back in amazement at how few times he was named MVP. It will be understood that the Worrier dynasty was on. Ergo...title numbers...just like our stolen title is already brushed under the carpet.

It's been mentioned, but one of the things that also stands out to me about Harden is in a time where every star wants to pair up and leave their teams, Harden hasn't even entertained the idea of free agency and has signed multiple extensions in order to remove any doubt that Houston can build around him.

For me, the most amazing part about Harden's game is that he is not anywhere close to being in the upper echelon of athleticism and yet, is still one of the best offensive players in NBA history. He does this through sheer skills / techniques, intelligence, and high BBIQ. It's not like Jordan who was supremely gifted athletically or Dream who could hop around like a pogo stick or Wilt who was a giant god among midgets or Kobe who could pull off a 360 dunk.

First of all, it's ORIENTAL. Second of all, yes it absolutely IS racist. A large number of people of Asian descent HATE being called oriental. Just because you're ignorant about what classifies as racist doesn't mean that you get a pass for that ignorance.

So what you're saying is that you're incapable of both being proud of someone, and wishing them to do better. That sounds miserable honestly. You're the type of parent that asks their kid, "Where's the other 6 points?" when they come home happy with a 94. Nobody is saying Harden can't or shouldn't get better in big games, but to ignore the sheer brilliance of what he's done the past few seasons is borderline criminal honestly.

I wonder how this forum would react if it were around when KJ got that dunk on Olajuwon. We'd probably have trade Hakeem threads by the dozens.

To go with your analogy, it's like kids who do well in all their homeworks and other assignments leading up to the big one and then either perform miserable or fail in some of the final exams where it matters much more. It's easy to forget the assignments the kid did well in but hard not to forget blowing the final exam.

Completely inaccurate, not to mention intentionally misleading. Completely in line with what I expect from the biggest troll and fake fan of 2019 though. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
