    I got a quick question:

    are computers tax-free? i've been wanting to get a desktop computer but im willing to wait until the tax-free weekend if there is a break

    does anyone know?

    says nothing about computers. i know in Georgia, computers up to $1500 are tax free.

    I think this is the biggest waste of a promotion. How much do you actually save in the long run? When you add it to the hassle of the mad house that the stores become over this time, there is no way it's worth it...at least from the male perspective.
