This is the type of deal that is better than the others though....you are not getting noticably weaker at any position....although I would try to do it for Tmac only. And you are getting into the high lottery. DD
wait, is this james AND thomas AND the #5 for tmac and landry? IF so, the wizards could really do some damage next year if tmac comes back even at 80% of what he used to be...

It would be hard to sweeten. A Wafer sign-and-trade/Landry/McGrady for Butler, Thomas, and #5? We're dreaming, but then I wouldn't be pissed about giving up Landry.
So... Brooks/Lowry Butler/#5 Battier/Artest Scola/Landry/Hayes Yao/Backup C I really, really like that, lol! If we got the number 5 pick, I would try to trade up for #2 though. I'd do anything to get Thabeet at this point (of getting #5).
aren't james and thomas both expiring???? songalia's expired in 2011 and his contract isn't that bad at 4.5 mil.
