Sviatoslav Mykhailiuk could be the next Klay Thompson

He's been touted as a top European prospect a couple years ago. His stock has dropped SIGNIFICANTLY since then. Though he could become a servicable role player one day.

 

Was once compared to young Manu because of his BB IQ and passing. Kansas made him too much of a one dimensional player IMO.

 

He'll never be the next Klay Thompson. The main reason, I didn't have to take a class to learn how to say Klay Thompson.

 

Guy has been playing pretty well in summer league.

Still a little disappointed we didn’t find a way to get him in the 2nd.

Does not matter, if he can be a Kyle Korver meets Ginobili type, that be enough.

Also is Mykhailiuk bigger? Initially I thought of Casspi, but he has to be alot better.

Dude is a T-Rex (no joke his arms shorter than his height) which is really rare and a bad sign for NBA players. Almost everything is basketball is hindered with a "shorter" wingspan. Rebounding, blocks, steals, shot separation, etc... It's so damn hard to be a t-rex and play against players who are "long." Add the fact that his speed, quickness, and agility are very average and you got yourselves at best a G-League all-star or maybe a Euro all-star.
