Am I correct in assuming that once Duncan retires, Pop will follow suit?

Marc Gasol + Boris Diaw on the same team? Will the Spurs have the most Dominant Fat frontline in history?

with the way pop's limited his minutes, duncan can easily go another 2 years until he's been in the league for 20 seasons (scary).

gasol is a rare commodity, but 30 and severely overrated. i'm fine with the spurs throwing max money at him.

If the Spurs sign him it will be at their price because thats what they do, they arent one of the best ran franchises by making poor decisions. Rockets still looking up at the Spurs, Spurs repeat.

Since ever pretty much I think. Knicks are after him too and there is some connection with Phil Jackson and his brother Pau.

Also the Knicks signed Calderon I Guess to help lure Marc. Hopefully he goes east, that conference needs the help.

Maybe this is the Spurs and Popovich getting this press release out there in an attempt to break up the Grizzlies team continuity and unity.....

Pop's great and all, and Parker can still play, but if I'm Marc Gasol and a small market team is coming to me with a less-than-max offer to play with a veteran roster without Tim Duncan, I don't think I'd be too tempted.
