I figured if CH is going to throw around speculations, so will I.

NOTE: This will ONLY be true if:
    1) CP3 wants out of LAC
    2) CP3 is fine joining Harden in Houston

Lin is a cash cow, if the Clippers suck, a S&T for Lin seems very reasonable seeing how the Sterling is only after money (see keeping Vinny Del Negro, and the rest of this clown's history), and also Lin is still young and with these other assets (I'm looking at your Parsons/PPatt/Morris), it would be reasonable to pair these types of players up with Griffin, who isn't that old.

Rockets have enough leverage with Salary Cap space that if the Clippers are adamant about not trading, CP3 can threaten with a signing outright.

I don't really see why we'd get Dwight, we don't have a spot for him and Asik has been solid.

Why would CP3 want to come here of all the places? All 30 teams would be willing to get him and he could likely choose among them-why pick the Rockets?

Chris Paul is not going to want to come to Houston to play 10 minutes a game behind Lin.

But if he is willing to sacrifice his ego for the sake of the team, then I will support him coming here.

Why would CP even entertain the thought of playing in Houston? It seemed all signs would be him going to the Knicks. Melo wants him and CP's wife wants the move to NY if he ever leaves LA.

CP3 doesn't fit with our team for the same reason that Howard didn't. We're the youngest team in the league. Vets want to play for a team that already has established pieces and can play for a championship immediately, the Rockets aren't that team. We have a bunch of unproven players still trying to make their mark on the league.

Two or three years from now we may again become a top free agent destination, but not yet.

Guys we could still play cp 30 mins a game, we'd just have him play an off ball 2 guard. The ball NEEDS to be in Jeremy's hands

So basically a veteran shooter off the bench. hmm, that would work, but you already have Delfino. What's the point?
