Another plane with issues. This time a plane was diverted for a window cracking inflight. I mean I like Southwest and all, but things like this will definitely weigh on my mind when buying future Southwest tickets.
I've had issues with every airline, but by far the most with United/American. Southwest has had the best track record for me overall.
I can’t remember the last time I flew southwest and it wasn’t on time. They’ve been nothing but awesome personally.
I love southwest. Sucks that they been having issues recently but it won't stop me from flying with them.
I have been flying them for a long time and they have been the best that whole time. While all the other airlines have been removing things and charging more, they have kept it reasonable to fly.
Southwest is my airline of choice for one simple reason. If things go wrong, I trust them the most to make it right.
I have their companion pass so I won't be deterred by this. And the last time my flight was delayed 4 hours they gave me a $200 voucher. Plus there's a lot of leg room in their new planes. Hopefully they don't have further issues.
