I don't think brewer will be affected much, mda needs bewer to keep the pace going. I think. Clint will loose a few mins as he still gets winded and nene/harrel and seller will see equal cuts in min. I don't think dmo will get more than 11-16 mins per game. He isn't in game shape and no reason to force it. Dmo will give our offense a new wrinkle because dmo can do high post low post options and pass outs along with give and go's off a curl.
I think if they match, they will cut Ennis. But dont you think we already hv too many 4s? sign Dmo and make him and Nene as trade assets?
Agree. And btw, if you look at the last 6 or so games (maybe more), MDA doesn't play Nene and Harrell in the same games (ignoring garbage time minutes in our blowouts). One or the other gets a DNP-CD. So, it's really just minutes of one or the other going down, depending upon who plays that game. That means right now combined Nene and Harrell are really only playing 15-20 mpg. DMo might only eat into 5-10 mpg of that. But he can pick up more by letting Ryno and Ariza rest for a few extra minutes each.
if we're getting 2014-15 d-mo I totally fine with this having a lineup of harden-eric gordon-ariza-ryno-d-mo harden would have so much fun with that line up everyone can shoot threes
Yes, immediately give a guy who hasn't played a minute this season all of Dekker's minutes at the 4. Dekker who fits great as a small ball 4 in this system and who has played very solid so far. What has Motiejunas done to earn usurping Dekker at the 4? This year, nothing. We don't even know what type of game shape he's in. Dekker is a good option as a 4 in today's NBA (at least for stretches) and should still see minutes there even if Motiejunas is brought back. Luckily I'm sure the Rockets realize this as well. Some of Dekker's minutes at PF? Sure. All? No. Willing to bet $$ on that also btw. That he will still see mins at the 4 after Motiejunas returns (assuming he does).
Same here, but tbh, i have a really hard time in thinking about D.Mo being some sort of cancer in the lockeroom, seems like he's just a nice guy to have around and too smart to be an ******* like Rondo. And looking at our other players i'd say the same, Ryno, Nene and Sam...good guys overall, i really don't think we'll have any problems. Trez might be a bit down about this but eh, between injuries and other things he's probably going to have some minutes here and there anyway...
