Fine. Let Capella go swat their ***** and chuck wagon push LMA around with his wide butt. I bet Capella is right around 70% this year from the line.
10-15. I would have a problem with that. Booze is not a banned substance by the NBA and Ty is not showing up drunk to work. So while it may reflect badly on the NBA I am not sure docking him 10-15 games pay is in line with the infraction.
Agreed. J.R. Smith was suspended 7 games when he caused the death of a friend while driving. I don't think Ty's suspension should be more severe than someone who could've been charged with vehicular manslaughter.
Calvin Watkins โ@calvinwatkins Rockets to open season, Oct. 28 vs. Denver. First road Rockets game is Nov. 1 at Miami. Rockets will play Christmas Day vs. San Antonio. Rockets host Golden State, Dec. 31. Happy New Year's Eve.
So it's a home game? Good. I live in Denver and don't want one of the two times I get to see us this year be no-Ty, no-Dwight.
I just can't see Silver leveling such an unprecedented suspension. No player has EVER been suspended more than 2 games for DUI. And other than JR Smith, no player has EVER been suspended more than 2 games for a driving-related offense. There's just no upside to picking such a dumb fight with NBAPA over this, not at this time. Anything more than like, 5-7 games would shock me.
