I don't have much detail, but Morey has spoke to Lionel, not sure if interview is scheduled. Morey keeping everything tight to the chest.

Oh hallelujah he's back. I come to this board like 5 times a day just to see if Cyber has had something to say. Finally we can figure out what is happening behind the closed doors.

I expected that he would be a candidate for head coach. He isn't the best choice, it will be hard for him to get through to the players and maintain discipline. He is just okay at best.

Jeez, Morey's throwing his net out pretty wide.

    "Lionel, how you doing?"

"How are you, Daryl? Rough season. Had a feeling you'd be calling."

"Listen, I'll get right to the point. I need a tough coach. One who'll put a boot in Harden's ass. Did you see that ESPN special? He never had a father role model growing up. So he needs a tough father figure for a coach and he'll be great. Great-er."

"And we all know Harden's father needs to be black. So here we are."

"Weeeeell.....so here we are. What do you think?"

"You know I ain't into that analytics s***......uh, how much you gonna pay? I like my nice suits. Gotta have the flash on the bench when I'm stomping my players."

Morey always want to try new thing. He's going to name himself the head coach and he will hired two top assistant. D'Antoni for O and Hollins for D.

We're still way more concerned about the players we're going to land than the coach.
My guess? We inquired about Lionel Hollins because we may try to sign Conley if we miss on Durant.

cyber is now the bearer of bad news.

    1. Dwight unhappy. 2. JVG not interested 3. Reached out to Lionel Hollins.

Bad things come in threes hopefully his next post is. VOGEL or JVG got into fist fight for the Rocket's opening, but in the end Pops is the new HC because he is tired of the River Walk followed by Durant, Conley and Horford taking paycut to join the GOAT Jimmy Harden

There's no way. Hollins is as dinosaur as they come when it comes to analytics.

LOL why is Hollins bad news?

Before he was with the Nets, people were clamoring for this guy so badly.

You people are bipolar as ****.

As an assistant coach. He'd be awesome as a Defensive Coordinator, but he's now been ousted twice in a row and his time in Brooklyn was a complete failure. That is why it is important for these coaches to take the right jobs for their style. Hollins or Blatt may be better off taking the Warriors Head Assistant job to prove that they are still valuable. George Karl was once a top coach but his tenure in Sacramento showed me he isn't cut out to be a HC anymore. Whether this is to the changing game, including players increasing power in front offices, or the fact that his heart isn't in it. Once a great HC doesn't mean always a great HC.
