Yeah, I was just messing around. Houston also let go of Jeremy Lin and then signed him to a contract that had to later be moved with draft compensation. Same with Ryan Anderson. These mistakes are adding up in my opinion.

He’s not a great one-on-one defender, but he was fine as a team defender when paired with a rim-protecting center like Embiid.

I like Saric, but he has struggled this year and is locked into his position at the 4 with very little versatility to play the 3 or 5. He's not an excellent rebounder, defender, nor deadeye shooter. We'd be relying on him being an overall playmaker and with Harden and CP3 here the ball would never be in his hands. I still think he'd help us with every team except for the Warriors so I'd be down to get him.
Gordon, a first and House plus a second rounder along with a filler from the Wolves would be my guess.
I've been really impressed with his growth throughout his career. People here are acting like the Covington we gave up is the Covington of today. All the credit goes to him for really turning it on.
