Dwight turns it over 5 times a game trying to utilize his "post game" and now he's going to blame his wings? Pathetic. Had he made even 45% of his free throws tonight we would have had the game.

 

Considering they made comments that Mchale said this is the worst lobbing team ever, I'm not overly surprised.

Yeah, he went UNDER the screen instead of sticking to his man, or staying on the high side....

He didn't say that everything is being blamed on Lin. He was talking about the last play, which was terribly defended based on how they were positioned, but that's on the coach to pay attention to detail. However, Lin should have used his brain, but the game was lost from the opening tip not b/c of Lin.

What other options are realistically available though?

I think Bledsoe comes off contract the same time as Asik and Lin, but that's still 2 years.

 

whenever a ball is passed to Dwight in the post he either steps out of bounds, throws a brick and complains for a foul (and proceeds to miss Ft's when called for a foul) or he turns it over.

 

unless hes actually in that locker room, it doesnt really matter

 

The answer: suck it up, be resilient, figure out grow as a team and get better.. Complaining is for losers, ESPECIALLY if you're on a team with as much talent as the Rockets.

 

Didn't i tell you guys that there is going to be heart breaking games because Howard couldn't make his free throws?? This is one of them. And there is going to be more. But it shouldn't even come to that...the team is just terrible. Clumsy lineups....bad decisions....terrible shooting %...Rockets is still the worst in the league as far as turnover is concern. There is just so many problems w/ this damm team and they need to clean up soon. A change in lineup is the first start.

These pgs haven't played with a post player before - so it's no surprise they are struggling with it.

Dwight has no business criticizing anyone's play on this team until he can make free throws in the 4th quarter.

Lin is giving the team 15ppg...isn't that about what you would expect from a guy that is probably you're 4th option..behind Harden, Howard and Parsons.

Hopefully this isn't true, this guy isn't producing enough to earn the right to complain about the PG situation.
