Defense and rebounding needs? Flip gordon for a 3rd star ( or gordon is your 3rd star?) Get iggy and livingston pretty please. one banger rebounder rodman type player.
My preferences: 1. Go for Covington 2. Go for Ibaka 3. Go for Josh Jackson/Crowder/Kyle Anderson from Grizzlies for cheap 4. Sign Monroe, Chandler, Pau or some other driftwood C
Sign as many good 3 point shooters with decent defense as possible. All we are going to see is Harden and Westbrook alternating iso plays and either scoring or kicking it out.
Correct me if I’m wrong but don’t we have our 2020 and 2022 1st still? 21 & 23 are swaps. 24 & 26 are OKC’s.
These are great options and seem in the realm of possibility. Can we get any without giving up PJ, EGO or capela though. Don’t know what other assets we have anymore with all the picks traded
A truly rebuilding team like the Grizzlies, Wolves, or whatever Toronto thinks they are now might value a Shump sign-and-trade expiring contract. But I'll wait for a smarter capologist to suggest.
if we're going all in on talent over fit then we have to keep it going. ego/NGs/2020 for love. we would be the only team in the west with a big 3, plus Clint and tucker, with rivers and house, that's a ton of talent. shumpert/2023 for covington sign Livingston and Noah as ring chasers. go to war with with rotation and minutes distribution: capela (30) - noah (12) love (32) - tucker (28) covington (28) - house (12) harden (32) - rivers (20) rus (32) - livingston (12) all that depth allows us to lower the minutes of our main guys during the regular season.
Hoping one of their talented disgruntled players gets tired and demands a trade to Houston. Gotta strike and get them while the attention is on the rockets and their 2 MVPs. Covington And ibaka would be ideal if House and capela starts to **** the bed in the playoffs
DIdn't read it. Heard it from someone in the know. But again, take it with a grain of salt. He's been right more than wrong, but as always.....things are #FLUID.
No one is going to mention that Ibaka was also on the Thunder, when WB/Harden/KD were there? Pretty crazy how we could have 3 out of the "big 4" from when OKC played Miami in the Finals, all those years ago.
