Once again, the officials have set the tone in the first half of the first game of this series. Once again, the Rockets are playing two teams. I've counted four times in the first half the Warriors, mostly Thompson, have been under Harden's feet as he's landed on a three. No calls. If this is the way it's going to be, the Rockets are going to have to play dirty. If the zebras are going to swallow their whistles, you're going to have to physically impose yourself onto Golden State. It's honestly how we lose to them every year. This is crap. I know they'll call the fouls on us, but we're going to have to deal with it. Expect more loving screens by the Warriors, not called. More holding on screens, not to be called. You know, the same stuff the Warriors are constantly sending to the league on other teams. 2 on 1. Let's go!
The part that pisses me off is that we just let them. MDA get a damn tech! Refs are known to be reactionary to complaining.
I will whine about the officials all I want if it's warranted. In the first half it's been warranted. Usually against Golden State, it's warranted. Stop making the effort to whine about those whining about the officials.
we are leaving points on the board because they are not doing their job Harden got undercut twice and no call
We are in control of the game you can see the Warriors are done. But this time we are ahead of the narrative about the refs you can see that the Warriors have to cheat to guard james Harden
We are not players, we are fans/observers...we can complain about officiating...especially if it’s warranted.
It’s to be expected. The warriors are the nba’s golden child and harden and the rockets are the league’s black sheep. It’s not a coincidence. Look at my sig.
Stop plugging your ears and lying to yourself. Even the broadcasters and half time crew are remarking on Klays uncalled fouls being a departure from a safety point of emphasis for the league. This stuff changes the whole flow and decision making of a game..... The Rockets are also as usual, bricking and turning it over. However, I shouldn't have to say that to point out obvious officiating problems.
Even the announcers are talking about it. That’s at least nine points left on the board and potentially 4 fouls on Thompson, which is a big deal. You take him out of the game and that’s one less spot up shooter that can knock down the three.
The NBA is almost as predictable as the WWE. No Lebron means the league is going to do anything it can to get the Warriors in the Finals for ratings.
calls are going to go our way and they are not.....they are going to have to fight through it if they want to win. period. whining about it changes nothing.
if the refs miss 2 obvious 3 point fouls among other nonsense then people have every right to complain Rockets are always 5 on 8 when playing GS
That was brutal officiating. 2 undercuts and a full lower body block on a different close out by Thompson. Harden got one call, obvious contact on the elbow, and that came a full second late.
