Or are those giant shades pulled down all the time. I would love to go watch JVG and co. coach these guys in person.

last time I was there (month or so) same 'ole park.

The last we've heard from the city has construction on the park starting after the Super Bowl -- they wanted to make sure they focused on getting all their current projects finished first so that Houston looks good for all our guests.
