    It never surprises me that the media hated on the Rockets championships .
    Hell, the reason @Clutch built this place is so that real Rockets fans can unite and not be on crap sites like ESPN or RealGM.

    They wanted to win:

    1994 - The Knicks
    1995 - Jordan and the Bulls (Yes, he played, he lost to Orlando, every game he wore 45 was hyped and televised )

    Dream never gets respect, he won the Finals MVP, MVP, and DPOY in the same year.

    Nobody will do that. But nobody talks about it.

    I will take it further. Manu Ginobli was a better player than Michael Jordan. After all, he was did introduce the most iconic move to the NBA, the Flop.

    It’s one mans opinion. He’s got his bias and that is his right.

    Opinions are personal. He is a Spurs super fan. Rose colored glasses are real. And he probably has seen more of what made Ginobli so special on a daily basis.

    i.e.
    Much like seeing Clyde on a daily basis after the St. Valentine’s Day trade. Before that I thought he was great but fading. With the Rockets he proved he had all star skills left in the tank a-plenty.

    We saw Hakeem every game and appreciated his brilliance, to a point probably only equaled by other Rocket fans. Hakeem played in the pre NBA ticket era.

    So Skip is a product of his environment. A guy with a lot of fans that fits the profile of the guy that looks and pretends to be well informed.
