Sign Eric Winston. We need tackles. Eric can compete with Newton. Our draft pick Williams is recovering from knee injury. So is Newton. The line knows Eric. This makes too much sense not to happen. Sign Eric Winston yesterday! Disclaimer: I am not related to or affiliated with to Eric Winstonin any way. Care to sign up?

I thought I'd heard he graded out as one of the worst right tackles in football last year.

If we had some of that Ed Reed money we could sign him, but right now we're capped out I believe.

If you like false starts and holding on 3rd down, sure go after Winston.

General rule of thumb: if an olineman plays, has played, or ever will play for the Cardinals, do not sign under any circumstances.

Good move for the Cardinals. They had the worst o-line last year in football. Winston will at least help.

What about signing Jared Gaither to a 1-yr deal?

As I mentioned before I work in a dps/dmv driver license office in Houston. I called for a customer and it was a teenage high school girl who was getting a driver permit. She was with her dad. i looked at her documents and she had everything, which is unusual. So I kept my head down and concentrated on typing up the information. I looked up and noticed that the dad was an unusually big guy. I'm talking maybe 6'7" 300lbs, but lean and muscular. You don't see guys like that walking around every day. I asked him if he played ball. He said he played for Cincy last year, and for the Texans before that. He told me his name was Eric Winston. I didn't catch on to who he was heretofore because I had it in my mind that Eric Winston was a black guy. I don't pay as much attention to the NFL and football in general, the way I used to. This happened just this past Thursday.

For what it is worth. Heretofore I thought Chester Pitts was Eric Winston. Wrong.
