It's a nice summer tradition. Some people are just leaner than others, even at the same fitness level.

Despite that pwnage, the fact remains that he looked a lot better one year ago than today.

I know he was undercut four times and didn't miss a play. The cankles are rock solid.

He could if he really wanted to. He’d even look better than WB if he decided to be disciplined and get shredded considering hes got the better frame.

There’s some things you can’t change about your natural body. Controlling your own weight is NOT one of them.

Harden’s probably carrying around 5% more body fat than his normal playing weight which is already 3-4% more than where he’d probably be best at. I’m not worried about him not being able to get down to his typical in season weight even though it gets harder the older you get as we all know. I just hope he makes some adjustments (clean up the diet, less booze, more sleep) so you know .... he can have a long career and we’ll miss him later rather than sooner.

Honestly, I'm more worried about him injuring the other chubby in a club accident.

@napalm06 coming in clutch with the 2017 threads. But that's too easy, friend.

To really prove a point to @theimpossibles1, you should go back in time to when the dinos roamed the earth.

    2013: http://bbs.clutchfans.net/index.php?threads/james-hardens-workout-program.241731/

    2014: http://bbs.clutchfans.net/index.php?threads/james-harden-looks-fat.256490/

Both of those threads were made in mid-July of their respective years. So CF is really slipping with this August business ;)

He’s near 90% at the free buffet line and he’s taking it to the rack of lamb with authority. He’s also going to take it (food) to the hole (eating with fork gesture) this year.

The biggest difference I see is that last summer he posed with the ball in front of his belly.
