The beginning if last season there was a workout photo of him taking a jumpshot shirtless and he was shredded. He was also out of shape going into 2015-16 season and he had his worst year as a Rocket.
He was in great shape. He seemedto have lost some of that shape since the end of his MVP season. Let's hope he regains form Ask any great NBA player who had an extended career of being elite like Kobe and they will tell you that diet and maintaining low body fat was one of the largest contributers to their extended success. I want Harden to have many more MVP level seasons.
The dude has played all NBA level basketball the last 4 years and every year he looks like this . I remember seeing pics earlier in the offseason where he looked like he was in better shape , so it's probably just the photo . If he hurt his foot and had to take multiple weeks slowly , then I'm concerned. How are we legitimately questioning hardens works ethic !? CF at its finest.....
Yeah it's definitely being off roids. Look at the gyno from when he was ripped and look at it gone now. Not hating but it is what it is.
I voted no. I have complete faith in Harden and him doing what he needs to do when he needs to do it. That said, the pic from a year ago (aug 13th 2017) looks a whole lot different than those pics from yesterday, hence the thread.
Looks to be in the same exact shape to me. It's just in the second picture he's sweating & a pump/vasodilation.
Harden's body is literally the last thing you need to worry about when it comes to the Rockets. He's built like a mini-LeBron. He's a big tree stump. He's durable AF and his prime will last until he's 34+
